The contract covering the programmes described in the website www.dolcevitabiketours.com is governed not only by the conditions set out herein but also by the contents of Italian Legislative Decree No. 62 dated 21 May 2018, transposing Directive (EU) 2015/2302 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on package travel and linked travel arrangements. Under no circumstances will the responsibilities of the organiser be deemed to exceed the limits set out in the law quoted. Guaranteed prices
Prices quoted are shown in Euro and do not include the following goods or services: air, rail or sea tickets and transfers required to reach the meeting point or leave finishing point, bike rental.
Prices are guaranteed for the current year.
Bookings
To book your trip, follow the online procedure available on www.dolcevitabiketours.com. Acceptance of bookings is subject to availability and should be considered binding only after receipt of written confirmation from the organiser.
Payment: how much & how
When you make your booking, we require you to pay a deposit of 25% of the total booking value within the next 72 hours. The remaining amount must be paid at least 40 days before the start of the trip. Any bookings made less than 40 days before trip start must be accompanied by the full amount. You can pay by bank draft or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel your trip, a penalty is charged as shown below (calculation is in calendar days):

The cost of your trip includes the package described in the brochure plus any extra weeks requested, bike rental, transfers or other supplements. No exceptions of any kind can be made, not even for personal emergencies.
Programme changes
The organiser reserves the right to make programme changes with the sole aim of improving the quality of the package or participants’ comfort.
Trip cancellation
In the – remote – event that the organiser is forced to cancel a trip due to failure to reach full group numbers, participants who have already booked will be fully reimbursed for all payments made up to the moment of cancellation. The organiser shall not be deemed responsible for the payment of costs covering trip preparation such as air tickets.
Limitation of responsibility
The organiser shall not be liable for any damage/injury (physical or otherwise) to participants as a result of the physical activity performed during the trip, the consumption of alcohol, breakage of equipment and materials, the lack or limited nature of medical assistance in isolated localities, causes of “force majeure” or for any other reason which, within the limits of professional diligence, could not have been foreseen or resolved. The organiser is not responsible for expenses (transportation, meals, hotels) not included in the programme but necessary to reach the meeting point or to leave the finishing point on conclusion of the trip.
Court of competent jurisdiction
For any controversy which might arise, the court of competent jurisdiction is that of Cagliari, Italy.
